Provide technical expertise on all NDT matters as required on projects and Workshop
Prepare non-destructive testing (NDT) procedures for approval
Review for WPS, PQR, WQT, Material certificates and NDT Procedures.
Select, calibrate and operate equipment used in the non-destructive testing (NDT) activities for both above & underground piping systems, Tanks, Pressure Vessels and heaters.
Apply testing criteria, Interpret or evaluate test results in accordance with applicable codes, standards, specifications, or procedures.
Ensure the inspections performed are meeting the inspection requirements for detection.
Prepare reports on non-destructive testing (NDT) results.

Calibrate, Carry out inspection PAUT, MPAUT, DMA, DLA, TFM, LRUT, MFL, ET, VT, PT, MT, RT, UT, FPI, Hardness Test, PMI and Vacuum Box Test.
Verify and Validate PAUT Procedure, scan plans and all required calibrations for different diameters and thickness.
Manage for Equipment, Technicians and Documentations.
Responsible on studying applicable codes, standard and specification to Extract the acceptance criteria for welding and Requirement of NDE

Performed Stainless Steel weld inspection, the pipe 20 inch and above by Dual Matrix Array (DMA) by using M2M GEKKO equipment and ECT as complementary examination for surface inspection by using GE Phasor 3D.
Performed Carbon Steel weld inspection, the pipe 20 inch and above by Dual Matrix Array (DMA) by using M2M GEKKO equipment and MPI as complementary examination for surface inspection.
Performed weld inspection many materials as Carbon steel, Stainless steel (Austenitic), and alloy steels P11, P22, P5, P9.
Indicate the volumetric repairs positions by using the suitable NDT method as UT, PAUT.
Review Radiographic films, Charts of Preheat & PWHT, Records & Reports of NDT.
Manage Radiographic Technicians, related safety documentations and TRA for all NDT methods.
Initiate & Perform Non-destructive Examination Procedures.
