Project management, engineering, selection, procurement, contract administration, monitoring, performance evaluation, and DIFA & failure analysis of artificial lift systems from multiple vendors including 200+ ESPs, 100+ PCPs & 20+ SRPs.
•Efectively handled the ESP operation case (40% of ESP pumps) after key global contractor ceased all operations in Sudan. Articulated & executed a comprehensive plan to handle the ESP operation post the incident with budget much less than the original contract value with cost much less than the budget. Managed to sustain the production with no lost time nor deferred production.
•Led a team to tender new contract for lease of 200+ ESPs worth 90M$ and achieved tender objectives. Maintain price increase within 15% of previous contract dated back to 2005. Waived 2+M$ of penalties imposed by the expired contract by negotiating win-win situation with the vendors in new contract. Minimal production disturbance during changeover to the new contract.
•Assess & implement new technologies, such as RESP to address special production challenges for low inflow horizontal/deviated wells.
