• Plant in charge for operation, maintenance & troubleshooting of electrical equipment .
• Participation in the technical review at appropriate stages of plant modification work and subsequent implementation in accordance with the company’s standards.
• Selection of all field equipment according to the hazardous area classification.
• Proposing improvement on maintenance modification, recommending materials and tools and follow-ups.
• Operation & maintenance of Electrical Switch gears & Protection Relays.
• Planning and execution of condition monitoring of Generator, HT motors, Power transformers and Auxiliaries load equipment.
• Testing of Transformers, alternator, switchyard switch gears for system healthiness
• Preventive maintenance planning and execution of planned maintenance routines and schedule of all field equipment.
• Shutdown maintenance planning and execution.
• Spares planning and inventory management.
• Documenting daily reports and analysis on the quality of the plant maintenance works.
• Pre Commissioning, Final commissioning And OPERATION Maintenance.
• Analyze technical aspects of area operations & drive towards continues improvements.
• Documentation of daily, weekly & monthly checklists of respective machines.
• Planning & effective preventive maintenance schedules of various machinery & instruments to increase machine up time / equipment reliability; thereby accomplishing planned production targets.
• Inventory control through repairing of unused equipment.
