1- تصميم الخطط السنويّة الخاصّة في قسم المبيعات
2 - تحديد الأهداف الاستراتيجيّة للمبيعات عن طريق وضع مجموعةٍ من التّوقعات حول حجم المَبيعات التي سيتمُّ تحقيقها، مُقارنةً بكميّة الأرباح التي تَشمل الإيرادات التي يتم تحصيلها

The development of Area Manage
Role:
•Planning monthly and weekly the objectives to follow up.
• Follow up with C R’s and ensure the TU + execution in the market.
• Responsible to convert CCI outlets to PBI exclusive.
•Working on the nontraditional plan to place the new coolers as per Plan Company.
•Filing all key accounts outlets sales history and their performance.
•Finalizing all exclusive agreement with customer as per Sipco price grid plan.
•Set monthly specific plan to follow up with AR overdue for collection and feedback management on weekly bases.
•Reporting market competitor’s activities to management on monthly bases.
