Reviewing BRS, SRS, ARS, user manuals and process flow documents, preparing test suites as required as well as executing test cases prepared internally and/or externally by outsourced teams. Managing, maintaining and expanding hosted websites. Writing technical reports on the procedures and tools adopted by the company as well as writing technical manuals regarding the company’s CMS. Training client’s employees on the company’s CMS. Gathering development and maintenance requirements from clients. Delivering websites to customers by presenting the websites features. Integrating social website features such as facebook/twitter's posting, commenting, subscribing…etc. Installing third party plugins. Maintenance and development includes the technologies and tools such as Drupal, ASP, C#, .NET, MS SQLServer 2008, XML, SQL, HTML, Javascript, CSS, Jquery, Crystal Reports and Photoshop.
An an M.Sc. by coursework & research. Modules were split on a 50% basis between the school of computer Science and Business school.
