Meeting clients, determine what kind of properties they are seeking
-Handling customer demand and objections
-Face to face selling
-Rent, buy or sell property for the clients
-Answer calls of clients and call expected clients to sell them the projects
- Compare a property with similar properties that have recently sold in order to determine its competitive market price.
- Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing
