Conducting on-site routine maintenance, service, trouble-shooting and repair of commercial and residential photovoltaic equipment
Attend site evaluation visits to collect information required to complete the design and permitting of solar electric systems
Develop design specifications and functional requirements for solar energy systems or components

Create checklists for review or inspection of completed solar installation projects
Work under the guidance of the Engineering Manager to resolve engineering issues

• Monitor the tool’s progress and status (improvement project: Enhancement Software Proliferation)
• Support engineering projects and real time data collection for improvement
• Perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) activities
Key Achievements:
Successfully installed machineries enhanced software that improved performance within the parameter locking capabilities. This includes proliferation on 60 tools.
Efficiently reduced the overall unscheduled downtime (UDT) for the tools
Improved the overall mechanical yield loss
Improved the 5S finding violations and applied 7-ways methodology to eliminate them
Effectively benchmarked the machines back to their factory standard
Assist Engineering Lecturer in PhD thesis writing
Provide research support by collect data through phone call, email and face to face meeting
Assisted in gather past journal and thesis
Provide comparative electronics-related figure for data analysis
ENGINEERING MATHEMATICS TUTOR
