◦ Served as Senior Architect Engineer
◦ Monitor the quality of the executed works by the contractor.
◦ Lead the architectural team
◦ Review all types of submittals (Shop drawings, Material Submittals, Method Statement, RFIs, as-
built….. etc.)
◦ Monitor the Architectural team progress and effectiveness.
◦ Review the Inspected works by the team and advice the team if required.
◦ Replies to the correspondences, with the Client or the Contractor.
◦ Supervise and remain vigilant regarding all aspects of the construction activities.
◦ Advice and assist the contractor on construction procedures
◦ Review the correctness and completeness of As-built drawings.
◦ Observe safety procedures are followed by the contractor and Issue instructions as necessary to remedy the safety violations
◦ Review the contractor's progress at all times.
◦ Check the final inspection of the work. Make snag lists. Monitor the final completion of the work.
◦ Assist in the handover procedures of the completed works including obtaining the authority approval (Qatar Civil defense).

Responsibilities
◦ Served as Architect Engineer and Architect Inspector
◦ Play a part in the architectural team by communicating and coordinating with the other architects and the team leader.
◦ Monitor the quality of the executed works by the contractor.
◦ Inspect all finished works by the contractor
◦ Assist the Senior architect with prompt replies to correspondences, submittals and RFI's to the Contractors or the Client.
◦ Prepare responses to the contractors if required.
◦ Supervise and remain vigilant regarding all aspects of the construction activities.
◦ Ensuring that the construction procedures are being followed
◦ Review the correctness and completeness of As-built drawings.
◦ Review the contractor's progress at all times. Monitor the work performed, the material incorporated in the work and the materials stored at the site.
◦ Observe safety procedures are followed by the contractor. Issue instructions as necessary to
remedy the safety violations
◦ Assist in the handover procedures of the completed works including obtaining the authorities approval (Qatar Civil defense and the local municipality)
◦ Served as an Architect Engineer
◦ Supervise the works of draftsmen.
◦ Monitor the quality of the executed works by the sub-contractor
◦ Issue Inspection requests to the consultant for the completed works
◦ Assist the construction manager with the related works
◦ Prepare project shop drawings.
◦ Assist the senior architect with issuing submittals and RFI's to the consultant.
◦ Participate with the senior architect for designing some projects.
◦ Served as Site Engineer
◦ Supervise different type of work such as formworks, steelworks, brickworks, Insulation works and
finishing works (Internal and external).
◦ Quantity surveying
◦ Supervise the subcontractors, foremen and labours
◦ Preparing project shop drawings.
◦ Issue Inspection requests to the consultant
◦ Assist the Senior Engineer with issuing submittals and RFI's to the consultant.
