- Analyzing the historic & current market landscape of technology including competitors’ products, specifications, pricing, customer
needs & purchasing power.

- Benchmarking products to ensure proper alignment among the market. This includes costing, product specifications, and targeting
audience.

- Working with various designers to revamp the company’s branding to ensure it represents relevance in the market; including but
not limited to customer interaction (online, phone, F2F), business cards, company profile, logo, & theme.

- Conducting mystery shopping tests to assess the market from the customers’ perspective. This includes analyzing customer
experiences in-store, call center, delivery process & after-sales experience.

- Training employees on newly implemented client interaction methods & guidelines to ensure customer journey is smooth while
interacting with Orbitek.

- Working alongside outsourced teams to strengthen Orbitek’s e-commerce presence; through introducing digital channels, various
online installment methods as well as customer loyalty programs.

- Introduced various buying mechanisms to wholesale that enabled various sized outlets to contract with Orbitek. Resulting in
closing deals with over 20 outlets across Jordan.

- Initiated communication and worked collaboratively with UAE teams remotely for GCC based projects in UAE/KSA.

- Conducted regional studies regarding consumer behavior, usage & interests through market surveys to support business
decisions.

- Developed a deeper understanding of what drives consumer behaviour, usage and interests through a mixed quantitative and
qualitative approach.

- Designed questionnaires for surveys to address clients’ business questions such as attitudes towards introducing a new product to
the market as well as acceptance of altering existing products in the market.

- Individually managed multiple projects from start to finish that were valued at over 1 million USD. This includes understanding
client objectives & needs, preparing field kits, briefing field teams, data inspection, data collection & reporting.

- Coordinated with different departments globally to ensure that project timelines are on track and all milestones are met &
applied properly.

- Attended client meetings with stakeholders of various levels, and informed them of the different solutions and services Ipsos
offers that will meet their business needs.

- Analyzed and interpreted data derived from focus groups and quantitative surveys to provide clients with strategic and/or
evaluative research based on their business needs.
