Provided construction supervision and management services for MEP works and Infrastructure works for
MOH-Ministry of Housing, DAMMAM Site

Job Role Description:
Construction supervision and management services for Infrastructure works which include:
1. Potable Water (HDPE and D.I. pipes) with all related works and House Connections (PE pipes) with GRP
and RC manholes and valve chambers, Main potable water tank and Pumps station.
2. Sewer Network (V.C., GRP and D.I. pipes) with House connections complete with UPVC pipes,
Inspection Chamber and Cleanouts including STPs and Pumps Lifting stations.
3. Storm Water Network (GRP, D.I. and UPVC pipes) with GRP and RC manholes and Catch Basins
including Detention Ponds and Pumps Lifting stations.
4. Irrigation Water Main and Secondary Network (HDPE, D.I., UPVC and PE pipes pipes) with GRP and
RC manholes and valve chambers including irrigation water tank and Pumps station....etc
Achievements:
1. Reviewed and forwarded any comments on all technical submittals including contractor ITPs, procedures,
method statements for execution and installation of works, studied contractor’s RFIs, variation orders
and revised BOQ for approval, shop drawings, testing and commissioning plan, materials and equipment
Submittals / SPQ and alternative proposals submitted by the contractor for the Wet and dry Utilities
works, including Potable Water, Storm Water, Drainage Networks, Pump Stations (Potable Water,
Irrigation Water and sewage), to ensure that they are in accordance with the design and that they are
coordinated.
2. Attended site technical coordination meetings to discuss contractor’s submissions of shop drawings,
material submittals and construction related matters.
3. Conducted daily site visits and supervision to confirm installation by contractor is according to the
design, specifications, ITPs, procedures, method statements and shop drawings; and to appropriate levels
of HSE and quality.
4. Ensured Implementing the project quality plan, quality procedures and productivity related to all
contractor’s mechanical works submittals in accordance with the program of work on the project
5. Raised Non-Compliance Reports (NCRs) for works on site in respect to QC plan and specifications when
needed with reviewing and monitoring of corrective actions
6. Checked site safety actions and enforce to impose Safety precautions on daily basis.
7. Ensured and Witnessed testing and commissioning and performance of various utilities and systems in
accordance with approved procedures
8. Reviewed all close-out documents (As Built drawings, operation & maintenance manuals, snag list, tc)
and methodology relating to the testing and commissioning prior to handing over the project to
concerned authority and client.
9. Carried out the final inspections for certification of final completion and handing over of the project

Provided advisory services to the Ministry of Housing (MOH) in support of their nation-wide Housing and
infrastructure programs in North Saudi Arabia Cities (Arar, Tureif and Rafha).
Achievements:
1. Performed a wide variety of difficult advisory assignments by applying industry standards, practices, and
techniques and developing creative solutions to complex project conditions and capable of providing
viable recommendations.
2. Reviewed submittal packages and documents for suitability and completeness.
3. Offered pro-active advice and government sensitive suggestions for improvement.
4. Assisted in the development of Ministry Managers knowledge base as to the mechanical and electrical
work.
5. Write construction investigative reports for review and action by ministry managers on obstacles and
confronted technical issues.
6. Advise methods of improvement of work with engineering and construction units at project site with
MoH Managers.
7. Keep abreast of current technologies and advises the ministry on latest developments.
8. Monitor progress and accuracy of As-Built drawings, snag lists, guarantee and
DISI-Mudawarra to Amman Water Conveyance System project on a BOT. Basis

Project Description: This Project is responsible to convey about 100 MCM/yr of water through 340 km of steel pipeline from DISI aquifer to Amman. Main project components were construction of 132kv power transmission system ( overhead lines, switch gear and transformers), drilling of 55 production wells and 9 piezometric wells, 60 km of well field ductile iron pipes and 340 km of 1600 mm steel piping networks, 6 different capacities concrete tanks, two pumping stations with Medium Voltage motors, with all related electromechanical, Infrastructure control works like pipe Cathodic protection, welding, lining, coating..etc. This project was carried out by Turkish company called Gama power.
Project value: 1100 million USD including: design, procurement construction, operation and maintenance.
