Key Responsibilities
Supervising and following up on air conditioning and refrigeration systems in the Ministry’s
facilities as VAV, VRV, Chillers, AHU, Boilers
systems and ensuring their correct operation
Lead and manage the implementation of mechanical systems for educational facilities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards
Review designing and implementation of firefighting system to ensure they integrate well with
other mechanical systems in the building, such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
Quality control and assurance by ensuring that the installation of mechanical systems meets the
quality standards and specifications, involves regular inspections and overseeing testing of
mechanical components
Coordinate with architects, contractors, and government officials to ensure project alignment
with regulatory compliance and educational requirements
Supervise and mentor a team of technicians and junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and
productive work environment
Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to ensure adherence to health and safety
regulations
Manage procurement and installation of mechanical equipment, negotiating with vendors to
ensure cost-effective solutions
Implement innovative solutions and troubleshoot complex mechanical issues, significantly
improving system efficiency and reliability
Prepare and present detailed project reports and documentation to stakeholders
