Sampling and follow up to lab analysis to keep and maintain the knowledge of any virus changes.
Promote and follow through technical knowledge new items to the Poultry sector (Alltech products and trou nutrition).
Give full technical support to companies dealing with poultry production.
Promote and follow up Poultry raw material (Corn, Soybean etc...)
Head of farms:
Farm manager: Parent stock breed Ross 308, Cobb 500 and hubbard classic. Control raising and laying production.
Conrol of cleaning and disinfecting of breeders and broilers farms.
Setting suitable vaccine design of both breeders and broilers farms.
implement budget forecast of farms.
Hatcheries manager; setting of eggs, cleaning and disinfection design for hatcheries. Egg weight, candling and hatchability.
Control raising broilers and implement availabilty schedule in order to insure adequate quantities of broilers to slaughterhouse.
closing broilers and breeders farms by comparing real data to budget forecast thus providing CEO with real cost of broilers.
FeedMill manager: provide supervisor with quantities and type of feed needed for farms on a weekly basis. Also responsible of providing feedmill with essential quantities of raw material in order to insurea suitable work of the feedmill.
Broilers farm manager, FeedMill manager and executive manager:
Control raising broilers in our farms and contractors farms
Control mixing feed in feedmill and its distribution
Supervise staff, ensuring cost-effective utilization of labor
Provide managers with documentation about chicks program and availability
Upon the request of hadath municipality:
Study and execution of two landscaping projects in Hadath region (Soil type, Irrigation systems, Drainage systems and plant choice)
General overview concerning finance Special courses in management and Marketing (i.e pricing, negotiation, communication, supply chain etc...) Will obtain 2 certificates One from ESA lebanon Accredited school (AMBA) One from ESCP europe.
