• Handling all types of customers
• full knowledge of all bank's products and services
• Cross selling the right product to the customer to keep the level of satisfaction
• Checking the customer's eligibility to recommend the right product (in accordance with bank's legal procedures and after calculating DBR)
• Handling the customers’ questions & investigating their problems to come up with the best solutions.
• Following up with the customers to finalize their cases.
• Maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Escalating complex problems & inquiries to the management.
• Dealing with diverse scale of customers from different cultures.
• Maintaining customer records by updating account information.
-Perform All operational functions related to Customer Support & Cash area including cash in & out .
-Perform All Non-Cash Operations ( Transfers, drafts issuance, Cheques collection, .... )
- Receive cheques and cash for deposit / verify amounts and check accuracy of deposit slips
- Examine cheques for endorsements and to verify other information such as dates, bank
- Identify transactions mistakes when debits and credits do not balance.
- Count currency, coins and cheques received by hand or using currency - counting machine, in order to prepare them for deposit or shipment to branch banks.
-Process and issue fund transfers, bank draft, certified cheques, currency exchange.
- Maintains customer confidence and protects bank operations by keeping information confidential.
- Record all transactions promptly, accurately and in compliance with bank procedures
- Identify referral opportunities and make relevant referrals
- Ensure compliance with all internal controls and established policies and procedures
Bachelor's Degree of Commerce - English section - Accounting Department
