manage a sales team of 2 Team Leaders & 22 sales agents, responsible for marketing & business objectives of your structure. To ensure achievement of sales targets and optimal market coverage, realize HNW target market objectives and ensure optimal penetration in target customer segments.

Sales Management: + Support Team Leaders in their work by one-to-one coaching in management techniques. Provide a role model to TLs and their reports by demonstrating managerial competence, technical knowledge and selling skills.
+ Build and maintain the motivation of the sales team by providing the support at 1 and 2 above, giving recognition to sales and sales management who perform well, periodically arranging appropriate team-building activities, and in other relevant ways.
+ Arrange for the recruitment of appropriately qualified TL's, and support them in their recruitment of their teams, in line with manpower targets, and using the Company's recruitment process. Carry out final selection activities personally, where appropriate, as specified in the Recruitment and Selection Handbook.
+ Ensure that all personnel for whom the TLs have responsibility are given the opportunity to develop themselves in the furtherance of Company objectives, and encourage relevant self-development activities. Arrange such technical, product, and skills training as may be appropriate.
+ Conduct one-to-one sales meetings with direct reports, at least weekly, to review performance, disseminate Company information, address common problems and individual concerns, encourage two-way communication, and rally the team to achieve goals. Meet direct reports as a group, fortnightly. Conduct similar meetings, monthly, with entire TL's sales team.
+ Carry out quarterly staff appraisals in line with Company procedure, to review the individual's performance against targets, and identify training and development needs.
+ Ensure all direct reports perform Key Performance Areas and Activities in accordance with Company's set KPIs & standards (Sales and Sales Management Indicators) and Company Regulation.
+ Identify TLs' training needs, through the appraisal process and on-going. In conjunction with the
