Position: Mechanical Rotating supervisor Engineer
Carrying out the mechanical duties for preventive and corrective maintenance during normal and overall plan programs.
Provided field support on Rotating Equipments for Maintenance in different areas of LNG process, utility, power generation, the jetty equipments and related activities.
This included GE and HITACHI gas turbines, variety of world class pumps (flow serve, Gaboneta, , KSP, Bono-Dosing pumps ) compressors (IHI, ATLAS COPCO, NUOVO PIGNONE) and air fan coolers.
Responsible for preparing the tools as ready for inspection and properly arranged.
Preparing the bell of materials list.
Suggesting new ideas, modifications and developments for the equipments.
Reporting to the concerned mechanical supervisor on the final results of executing the job including recommendations or failure if found.
Following up the company and safety instruction during the job.
Managing the activities of technicians and helpers.
One of the crew in the plant shutdowns team and apply a full inspection on a hot oil centrifugal pump and change its mechanical seal and bearings, replace the IGV actuator of axial flow compressor for HITACHI gas turbine.
Ensuring that good safety performance is recognized and recorded especially for the work permits and isolation certificates before maintenance activities commencement.
Issuing the Daily work activates schedule.
Issuing the weekly/monthly reports as management feedback.
Follow up on daily basis Maintenance Activities (Planned & Unplanned):
o Carry out necessary planning adjustment.
o Ensure stabilized & availability of Manpower.
o Ensure availability of required spare parts.
o Prepare required permit to work.
Position :mechanical Maintenance Engineer
Carrying out the mechanical duties for corrective maintenance during normal and overall plan programs.
Provided field support on Rotating and static Equipments for Maintenance in different areas of the steam power plant, sea water station, steam turbine and auxiliaries, hydrogen production plant, chemical water treatment plant and related activities.
This included ALISTHOM steam turbine, Atlas copco compressor, multi stage center fugal pumps (RTUA), hydrogen compressor COMP AIR, steam valves, large size heat exchangers and steam condenser, lube oil circuits, hydraulic and pneumatic circuits.
Complete overhauling and maintenance of 3 multi stage pumps (180 bar and 1050 m^3)
Complete over hauling of steam turbine 300MW
Carrying out the non destructive test for the turbine blades and bearings by using liquid penetrate test (LPT) and magnetic test (MT).
Complete maintenance for atlas copco compressor (for instrument and service air)

• Installing and inspection of piping insulation (foam glass)
