°Help the warehouse manager in his duties in the Company's Warehouse
°Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing the program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures
°Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with the data storage system.
°Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement
°Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
°Coordinate daily activities to track location and transportation of goods and materials (including Customs clearance), to be received from vendor
°Handle logistics transactions
°Manage all paper work for logistic activities, Ensure customs clearance will be done on time.
•Leading production and packaging team to achieve high production rates
•Manage the team to provide the necessary production for the distribution department
•Organize time and plan the team to achieve monthly and annual production plan
•Data entry and organization to achieve best performance in logistics and customer satisfaction
• Responsible for implementing the operational plans and programs
that achieves the main objectives of the company.
• Monitoring & controlling the daily work plan.
• Manage and organize daily picking requirements.
• Daily liaison with Transport, Sales and Supply Chain to monitor and
improve processes.
•Conducting daily, weekly and monthly inventory, matching inventory.
• Full adherence to health and safety policy and procedures.
•Manage and solve problems facing the team
•Confirm proper and timely delivery of products.
•Coordinate and oversee all warehouse logistics.
•Supervise and direct warehouse staff.
•Check quality and condition of items in a warehouse.
•Keep the warehouse premises clean and neat.
•Perform physical verification of inventory.
•Maintain, manage and update inventory controls.
•Handle pallet jack, forklift and other tools and equipment in
Warehouse operations.
•Handle loading and unloading operations.
•Implement safety procedures and standards in a warehouse.
•Design and implement best practices in warehouse operations.
•Receiving goods from suppliers, and checking that the goods
received are the same as written in the supplier invoice
•Data entry of goods in-out on the designated computer system.
•Responsible for receiving the final product from the production department.
•Follow-up and supervision of storage operations.
•Participate in the regular audit on warehouse.
•Handing goods to sales specialists as per the customer p.o.
•Issuing the papers related to goods received-submitted
