• Develop and implement an enterprise wide “Risk Management Framework” for NIC including appropriate risk policies and procedures to manage the risk profile of NIC at the macro/micro levels; ensure that these are in line with the business strategy and vision set by the BOD.

• Utilize financial modelling skills to provide extensive analysis based on processing, and analysing data, and to recommend proactive and corrective actions when necessary in a clear and concise format.
• Conduct risk assessment and financial analysis for existing and new proposed investments in different sectors such as real estate, financial and education.
• Prepare the risk appetite of the company in coordination with all the departments. Ensure the adherence of the risk appetite.
• Prepare regular risk reports for NIC’s investments, including risk analysis of exposures/positions scenario analysis and limits. Develop and improve the due diligence process for investments.
• Preparing error incident reports to ensure that remedial actions and improvement controls are taken.
• Monitor, identifying, investigate and report any limit breach against established thresholds and approved risk appetite limits.
• Implement regulations within NIC such as FATCA and CRS.
• Review the amendments of the policies and procedure for all the departments within NIC.
• Prepare performance review report for all the front office departments within NIC.
