* Responsible for filling UNICCS (Unified Construction to Commissioning system) task sheets for installing electrical equipment.
* Follow the project schedule in all construction work to be always ahead of schedule.
* Responsible for MSR (Motors Solo Run) activities from the beginning of construction works until handing over to commissioning.
* Responsible for the quality assurance of all construction work.
* Follow time schedule for construction and pre commissioning activities.
* Responsible for inspecting all mechanical works for electrical equipment (panels, cable trays, cable ladders, etc…) as per documents.
* Responsible for pre commissioning activities.
* Inspect & test all electrical cables (L.V & Control).
* Make Hi-Pot test for MV cables.
* Inspect & test (lighting system, fire fighting system, sockets and earthing system)
* Responsible for handing over all electrical works and filling it’s required certificates.
* Responsible for prepare, fill & hand over all the required checklists & documentation related to each equipment & system in the site (IR, MIR, NCR).
* Leading the QA/QC team by distributing the appropriate tasks for each engineer & follow them up to insure that all tasks are on the right track according to the project schedule.
* Responsible for filling iCaps (integrated commissioning and progress system) test sheets for mechanical installations and commissioning.
* Follow time schedule and MC date for construction and commissioning activities.
* Supervise all electrical equipment installation.
* Inspect cables (size & type) according to cable list and data sheet.
* Mechanical inspect for all electrical equipment (panels, motors, etc…) as per standards and hook up.
* Inspect and test lighting system and sockets circuits.
* Make tests (insulation resistance & continuity) for all L.V and control cables.
* Make Hi-Pot test for MV cables.
* Make rotation motor direction, vibration and temperature tests.
