1. Responsible for maintaining and repairing heavy equipment required in the day to day working (Skid Steer Loader, Front Loader, Backhoe Loader, Grader, Compactor Tire, Compactor Soil, Dumper Truck, Pick-up, Paver machine, Milling Machine)
2. Analysis of machine failures and Estimation of maintenance costs
3. Assessing the needs of equipment replacements, spare parts, required tools for the maintenance of the equipment
4. Adopt and implement a detailed maintenance plan to minimize failures resulting in stoppage of work
5. Replacing the spare parts of the machines as and when required
6. Responsible for performing routine maintenance
7. Responsible for maintaining an inventory for the requirement of
the supplies and spare parts
1. Responsible for costing of materials and preparation of Bill of Quantity from drawing.
2. Analyze the designs and details of the construction to be accomplished.
3. Ensure and plan the estimated time and resources for achieving the target.
4. Arranging equipment and materials.
5. Monitor the progress of the assigned jobs.
6. Prepare work reports and forward it to the higher officials.
7. Ensure the implementation of design on the site.
8. Supervise the technicians’ team, contractors and materials on site.
9. Supervise the waterproof works for Buildings.
10. Supervise the installation of Steel doors, windows, and Louvers.
Design & Fabrication
Job Responsibilities
1. Preparation of AutoCAD Designs and Bill of Quantity.
2. Provide estimates and quotes on fabrication projects (BOQ).
3. Research and acquire raw materials for the manufacturing process.
4. Preparation of daily production plans.
5. Assign tasks to technicians and resolve technical issues.
6. Recommending the management for better tools, equipment, ideas, procedures, new methods for smooth operation and increase productivity.
7. Executing the jobs according to the priority and targets.
8. Organize work schedules, entrusted all jobs were done on timely basis.
Design & Fabrication for the following items:
Tippers of trucks (M16, M14, MAN, and M18 Volvo), Boom truck Boxes, Water and bitumen Tanks.
Formworks (PCC Shuttering for concrete), Steel Manholes (Rectangular & Circular), Steel Deep Cans (circular).
Conveyor Belts, Walk Ways, Truss, Stairs, Ladders, Handrails and steel structures support.
Pressure Vessels, Storage Tanks.
Microsilika and cement silos.
Site Erection
Job Responsibilities
1. Coordination for Engineering Drawings and Documents with Contractors for Erection of Steel Structures & Equipment.
2. Checking civil foundations elevation before steel (columns/frames Erection).
3. Supervising ground assembly for main columns with beams.
4. Supervising erection of main steel girders and bracing between frames.
5. Daily schedules for site activities, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors.
6. Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may arise.
7. Inspection & Quality Control, Coordination with Inspection Agencies.
8. Conducting Weekly Progress Review Meetings and Issuing Progress Reports.
9. Final Inspection Including Painting and Job would be Handover to the Maintenance People.

Walkways, Ladders, Cement Silos, Microsilica Silos.
Project : Najran Airport (Royal Terminal Buildings) _ Najran/KSA
Composite Aluminum Panels Cladding, Dome Steel Structure,
Hangers, Steel Structures.
Job Responsibilities
1. Preparation of AutoCAD Designs and Bill of Quantity.

4. Design all kind of glasses ( Tempered, Laminated, Painting, Fused, and sandblasted) for the following items: Mall, Buildings, and shops Facades Doors & windows Balustrades Shower Doors Stairways Entrances
Master Degree in Mechanics of structures and systems
Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Production
