I have had the privilege of working with H&M Egypt for almost ten years, starting my journey as a Sales Associate. After just seven months, I was promoted to Store Administrator at H&M City Stars, a role I held for one year. This experience provided me with a solid foundation in store operations and customer service.
Following this, I returned to the shop floor as a Department Supervisor, where I honed my leadership and organizational skills. My career path then led me to H&M Cairo Festival, where I served as a Department Manager for three years. During this time, I gained valuable experience in team management and strategic planning.
My journey continued as I took on the responsibility of managing the H&M Katameya store for one year. This role further developed my ability to drive store performance and ensure customer satisfaction. I then moved to H&M Point 90, where I served as the Store Manager, overseeing all aspects of store operations.
Currently, I am back at H&M City Stars as the Store Manager, a position I have held for the past two years. My extensive experience across various roles and locations within H&M has provided me with a deep understanding of the retail industry and a strong commitment to driving success.
