• Thoroughly review and analyze the Terms of Reference (ToR) to fully
comprehend project requirements, scope, and evaluation criteria.
• Identify and highlight key points to ensure alignment with organizational
capabilities and compliance requirements.
❖ Preparation of Financial Proposals:
• Develop accurate and competitive financial proposals, ensuring adherence
to the ToR guidelines and budget constraints.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather cost estimates, validate
assumptions, and structure budgets effectively.
• Perform cost-benefit analysis and ensure transparency in pricing
structures.
❖ Preparation of Technical Proposals:
• Collaborate with technical experts to develop comprehensive and
persuasive technical proposals.
• Ensure technical documents address all requirements specified in the ToR,
providing clear methodologies, timelines, and deliverables.
• Incorporate innovative solutions to enhance proposal quality and
competitiveness
❖ Coordination and Communication:
• Liaise with internal departments (finance, engineering, operations) and
external stakeholders to gather necessary information for proposals.
• Ensure timely submission of proposals by adhering to strict deadlines and
maintaining organized documentation.
❖ Quality Assurance:
• Review and edit proposals to ensure accuracy, coherence, and compliance
with client requirements.
• Perform gap analysis to identify any missing elements or discrepancies in
proposals.
❖ Compliance and Risk Management:
• Ensure proposals comply with legal, contractual, and organizational
standards.
• Identify potential risks in proposal development and address them
proactively.
❖ Continuous Improvement:
• Maintain a repository of past proposals, templates, and best practices to
streamline future proposal development.
• Stay updated on industry trends and client preferences to enhance
proposal effectiveness.

Projects Supervision:
• Network Project: Full supervision of the network project to improve the
infrastructure and switch to fiber optics.
◦ Ensure that the network operates properly and integrated.
◦ Ensure that the network patch panel and cable and face plate
organized Correctly.
◦ Ensure that Wi-Fi devices are distributed in a way that covers all areas,
taking into account the factors that affect the quality of the network
• Data Management supervision of the data management project to improve
and organize data
◦ Complete testing of the data system and holding meetings with the
company to fix any problems, errors, or vulnerabilities
◦ Learn the system deeply and simplify it on document and video to
train employee.
◦ Deploy the system and identify employee needs to improve user
experience.
❖ Technical Support + System Admin
• Software Support: Configure the computer, install software and drivers,
install Windows, join the device to the domain, disconnect the device, share
central printers on the network and configure the printer on the server, fix
problems (computers, printers, screens, phones, etc.) and learn methods of
solving problems radically.
• Hardware Support: Upgrade the device, fix hardware problems, restore
systems, test devices (computers, screens, printers, etc.) and examine them
before receiving bids.
• Management: Create lists that include (used and unused devices to utilize
resources in the best possible way, printers and types of ink for each printer,

administrative matters such as tool indicators, risk management, and project

Network Access and Security: Configuring devices for access to resources, both local and
remote, while emphasizing security best practices and connectivity issues. Handling VLANs, Wireless LANs, Inter-VLAN routing, redundancy
through protocols like STP EtherChannel, ensuring network through
addressing and redundancy protocols.
Routing Protocols: Working with OSPF in different network types (point-to-point and
multiaccess) and employing access control lists for threat mitigation and network security
enhancement.
