1. Reporting to Group Operational Director.
2. Responsible for the maintenance of 3 factories SAPPCO Riyadh - SAPTEX - SAPPCO Dammam.
3. Setting the preventive maintenance program for machines - utilities and supervising implementation.
4. Manage Maintenance purchases and validate stock levels for spare parts according to the allocated maintenance budget.
5. Keep track on POs & delivery dates of items to be delivered by suppliers.
6. Manages the daily operations in Maintenance. Ensures all employees are occupied with meaningful work at a proper rate of productivity.

2- Sharing in building our new factory in Sudir industrial city (North of Riyadh, KSA).
3- Setting the preventive maintenance program for machines and utilities and supervising its implementation.
4- Manage Maintenance purchases and validate stock levels for spare parts according to the allocated maintenance budget.
5- Keep track of all POs & delivery dates of items to be delivered by suppliers.
6- Manages the daily operations in Maintenance. Ensures all employees are occupied with meaningful work at a proper rate of productivity.
7- Scheduling and completing all maintenance project work in a timely and efficient manner.
8- Business trip to BluePrint Automation CO. for FAT (factory acceptance test) for 4 robotic packaging lines (Netherlands).
9- Business trip to Ceselsan Makina CO. for discussing new automatic lines and new machines (Turkey).
10- Business trip to Gulfood Manufacturing Exhibition (Dubai).

Job duties and responsibilities:

1. Setting the maintenance preventive maintenance plan for all the plant and supervising its implementation.
2. Monitor the KPI of the department to ensure it will not exceed its limits (Maintenance down Time - Maintenance cost - Complains - Audits - Energy Consumption).
3. Setting the maintenance plans.
4. Following up on the spare parts for the machines and ordering the required spare parts.
5. Participating in new installations either for replacements or renewals.
6. Participating in setting the factory annual targets (Production volume - Total downtime - Consumptions rates - Yield - Product quality - Audits scores)
Projects:
7. Installing a new economizer for the 18-ton boiler
8. Upgrade the boiler room (rearrangement for the boilers - new water tank - new de-arator)
9. Installing a new 18 ton/hr - 20 bar boiler.
10. New ammonia compressor room and re-arrangement for the old room.
11. New final product cold store (1000 ton).
12. Extending the freezing tunnel from 11: 14 Ton/hr.
13. SCADA system for monitoring the cold stores' temperature.
14. Participating in setting the factory annual targets (Production volume - Total downtime - Consumptions rates - Yield - Product quality - Audits scores)

Job duties and responsibilities:

1- Setting the maintenance preventive maintenance plan for the electric section and supervising its implementation.
2- Sharing in setting the maintenance targets.
3- Following up on the electric spare parts for the machines and ordering the required spare parts.
4- Participating in new installations either for replacements or renewals.
Projects:
• Installing a new transformer (2 MVA) and new power factor panel.
• Sequential defrost for the freezing tunnel.
• Extending the freezing tunnel from 9: 11 Ton/hr.
• SCADA system for the production line.
• Installing a 7.6 ton/hr - 20 bar boiler.
• Installing 3 ammonia compressors MYCOM (450 - 350 - 350) HP.

Job duties and responsibilities:

1- Supervising the electricians and working on reducing the down time.
2- Participating in new installations either for replacements or renewals.
3- Following up the spare parts for the machines and ordering the required spare parts
Projects:
4- Sharing in building a new factory ( 25 molding machines upgraded + 5 new machines).
5- Constructing 10 silos for storing FOAM controlled by PLC.
6- New power factor panel for 1MVA transformer

Job duties and responsibilities:

1- Participating in setting the maintenance preventive maintenance plan for all the plant and supervising its implementation.
2- Supervising the electricians and working on reducing the down time.
3- Responsible for the maintenance dept. in the night shift.
4- Following up the electric spare parts for the machines and ordering the required spare parts.
