I’m looking after 3 countries with more than 50 outlets including 13 well-known brands (The Cheesecake Factory, Texas Roadhouse, P.F.Changs, Shake Shack, Asha’s, Pizza Express, Katsuya, Pinkberry, Bridgewater Chocolate), I had been part of the opening team in several malls across the region and I’m responsible for the development and maintenance of relationships with local authorities and the development of food specific process and procedures, I ensure compliance with general & food specific regulations especially the health and safety related topics in order to protect M.H.Alshaya name and reputation
I provided field operational support to all brands in the food division as well drive consistent execution of company standard operating procedures.
Manage 2 International Brands, with total of 4 outlets and 100 staff. Reporting directly to the operation manager, coordinate and be a part of the supporting departments, supervise achievement of business and performance plan.

guidelines to the stewarding department.
