- Communicate HSE procedures and standards to subcontractors.

- Conduct pre-operational risk assessments on existing and new processes
- Develop all the required documentation, operational checks and reports for the HSE Management System to be compliant with OHSAS 18001/2007 and ISO 14001/ 2004 standards, including corrective and preventive measures.
- Develop in conjunction with staff the Health and Safety Policy.
- Implement an effective waste management program and coordinate the periodic and proper disposition of controlled, regulated, hazardous and infectious waste materials to ensure safety of environment and surroundings.
- Establish and maintain a program to conduct random inspections and respond to concerns of property indoor air quality, communicable disease, sanitation, and general safety hazards by conducting inspection of sites, buildings, building systems or equipment and recommend corrections for deficiencies to ensure compliance with Safety standards.
- Provide HSE improvement proposals stating: the non-conformance, proposed corrective action, required resources for corrective action and plan of implementation.
- Ensuring the Health, Safety of staff, Customers, Clients, and Service provider.
- Investigate the root cause HSE complaints put forward by staff members, customers, clients and service provider and report the result to direct manager.
- Follows up to ensure that corrective actions are implemented where necessary.
- Ensure all staff and other involved parties are aware of the Health and Safety Policy and how to adhere to the health and safety/emergency procedures.
- Provide internal training when required to establish and maintain HSE standards and spread an awareness culture.
- Responsible for preparing written monthly HSE reports, statistics and presentation related to HSE Performance to the Manager
- Support the HSE team with planning, coordinating and implementing of effective HSE policies, guidelines and procedures to ensure that the department objectives are met
- Provide support to Project and Operation team in all aspects of safety, occupational health, safety and environmental issues.
- Perform regular HSE audits in the areas of business and vessel operations.
- Attend pre-job, planning and client meetings as required on HSE related matters.
- Provide support to the departments on the implementation of Company-wide HSE initiatives eg. ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001. ect
- Assist with developing HSE plans that comply with Company policies and procedures as well as client requirements
- Ensure training, tool box meetings, and drills are implemented as part of the company’s offshore training and HSE program, i.e. emergency response systems, etc
- Investigate and complete the process for close out of all Accident Investigation Reports.
- Manage safety statistics reporting. Track and provide regular HSE performance reporting to the top management.
- Provide HSE aspects of Company Bid Submissions as requested.
- Assist in the development of project specific HSE procedures.
- Ensure all worksites are HSE compliant with Company policies and safety standards.
- Lead the HSE team in the implementation of HSE procedures and instructions in the facilities and installation sites.
- Preparing and updating all governmental documents e.g. Environmental register, evacuation plan…
- Monitoring and supervising the installation workers in the external site projects to carry out their jobs under safety umbrella \[ P&G - Chipsy - Eipico - National Bank - Carrefour - Egyptair - Toyota - MCV - Total - Coca Cola - MAC- Agility ….\]
- Disseminate and Communicate company HSE Policy, HSE Management System requirements to site personnel .
- Provide necessary advice, information and support in the effective implementation of the HSE Management System requirements and its HSE plan.
- Provide material safety data sheet \[M.S.D.S\] for chemicals and oils used in production and service units.
- Updating the HSE Plan to the requirements of the activities being carried out when there is a revision.
- Plan and conduct Internal HSE training programs, initiate drive to promote HSE awareness and performance
- Carry out HSE inspection of Work Area, Work Method, etc. as per the ISO requirement .
- Provide HSE orientation to new employees
- Conduct investigation of all accidents / dangerous occurrences & recommend appropriate corrective measures.
- Advice & co-ordinate for implementation of Work Permit Systems.
- Plan procurement of PPE & safety devices and inspect before use as per down norms.
- Facilitate screening of workmen and conduct HSE induction.
- Record, analyze and cascade lateral learning points from First Aid Cases, Near Miss Cases & Accidents to all organization personnel and analyze the trends & effectiveness.
