Job Description:
1- Responsible for the continuous running of equipment and machinery by implementing routine maintenance and organize repairs of entire NATIONAL paints factory.
2- Involved in control and monitoring devices and occasionally in the manufacturing of items that will help in maintenance.
3- Experienced working with Four Shift Systems and Responsible of the operation, efficiency and development of crown caps production line.
4- Responsible for improving production facilities, reduce the incidence of costly breakdowns and develop strategies to improve overall reliability and safety of plant, personnel and production processes BY OEE - TPM strategies .
- Typical work activities
• Designing maintenance strategies, procedures and methods.
• Carrying out routine scheduled and preventive maintenance work and responding to equipment faults.
• Writing maintenance strategies to help with installation and commissioning guidelines.
• Controlling maintenance tools, stores and equipment.
• Prepare spare parts order (local and international) fitting new parts and making sure equipment is working correctly.
• Establishing a spare parts usage tracking system.
• Carrying out quality inspections on jobs.
• Arranging technical comparisons and procurement of new production lines, machines, auxiliary machine.
• Monitoring and controlling maintenance costs, diagnosing breakdown problems and make OEE plan.
