•Prepare and send periodic reports Daily/Weekly/Bi-weekly/Monthly for the ground operations department, Linehaul department, and freight department, highlighting KPIs such as on-time delivery, transit times, cost, and revenue.

-Handling B2C, B2B inquires and collections through inbound/outbound calls and emails.
