-Payment of the suppliers (cheques and bank transfers)
-Monthly closing using SAP, SAGE and Excel programs,
-Setting up the reporting, P&L, General ledger, balance sheet; Cash flow statement and transfer them to the head offices.

Key skills and competencies:

 Organizing and maintaining accurate company accounting records.
 Analyzing financial data and preparing financial statements and accounting information and reports for senior managers and directors and proposing recommendations.
 Investigating and dealing with financial irregularities.
 When necessary liaising with banks and other financial institutions.
 Involved in the preparation of budgets and monitoring the companies profit and loss.
 Overseeing the preparation of tax returns and the books of accounts.
 Providing advice on tax planning and VAT
 Cash books and bank reconciliations.
 Responsible for journal preparation for bank, payroll, accruals, salary etc.
 In charge of Client and Supplier payments.
 Extensive knowledge of Enterprise-wide Resource Planning (ERP).
 Successful at resolving accounting disparities in a firm.
 Good working knowledge of SAP accounting program, Excel, SAGE
 Aged debt analysis and review.
