-On job training in Galaxy Surfactants Ltd (in INDIA ) on production of SLES &CAPB.
Job responsibilities
* Under commissioning period
- Responsible for checking contractors works and receive all finishing units as per Isometric and P&ID.
- Take charge in checking of flushing, hydro test, leak test, passivation and pickling for vessels, pumps, pipes, tanks columns and reactors.
- Reporting every day all the works happened and discussing with managers.
*-Production Chemist ( Since NOV-2011)
1-Plant startup and shut down.
2-Using THE DCS "Emerson Delta V system” for controlling.
3-Monitoring online production parameters on DCS system and ensuring they are matching with field parameters.
4-making WWA ( Why Why Analysis ) by Obtaining the trends, charts and process data for any measuring or controlling point and analyzing them to specify the problems.
5-Final adjustment of the product as per customer requirements to be ready for packing.
6- Daily reports including:
1-DPR. 2- GHK & EHC.
3-Daily stock and consumables. 4-Incident reports if present
*Packing section head (Since Oct-2012)
1 - Co-ordinate packing plan with production, WH and customer support team.
2 - Achieve packing target as per plan.
3 - Ensure GHK and GMP in packing section
4 - Follow up cleaning and sanitization process for Drums, IBC and ISO tanks before packing or
loading
5 - Daily packing records
6 - Monthly packing report
7 - Managing schedules for packing team
9 - Ensure zero loss, zero breakdown and zero incident in packing section

1- Responsible for all products which send to customer by making all tests on it
If ok give it approval, else make modification on it to be ok.
2- Responsible for QC persons.
3- Responsible for row-materials as powders.
4- Responsible for steps of product (varnish, mill base and ink as final product).
5- Responsible for any new product needed to work on it.

1-catching colors according to customer requirements, then sending
recipe of approval color to production to start the order.

additives.

My work is as the following:
1- Get the color to run order according to the samples that approved by Customer
on the elastic.
2- Controlling all workers and all machines in the whole production.
3- Running orders according to the program.
4- Communicate with managers about any thing that improve our production
