(C) Drilling Department:
1-Drilling Equipment - provides guidance and training to the drilling crew in the correct procedures for conducting work, setting up work sites, setting up inventory, and the use of equipment and safety. Troubleshoots drill equipment and problem-solves issues.
2- Supervision - manages team performance by being a safety leader, setting expectations and quality standards, and trains/develops field crews to build a cohesive group of employees.
3- Project Management - ensures the efficiency and completion of the contract requirements, and takes part in the management review of projects and crew performance.
4- Communication - shares the strategies and goals of the Senior Management Team to field crews. Meets with client representatives during every site visit to ensure that all drilling and safety requirements are being met.
5- Environment - audits and inspects drill sites for environmental stewardship and compliance with policies and procedures, providing reports to the management team about each project visit.
6- Daily, Weekly and Monthly drilling report.
7- Drilling exploration for mine development and grade control
8- Drilling programs include - Diamond drilling, RC drilling, Air core drilling, Sonic drilling
1- Field mapping- carry out work programs by senior and project Geologist according to approved schedule-Monthly Adherence to targets including samples collected within the area of assigned.
2- Field logistic and audit field logistic for programs under direct control and reporting chief and senior.
3- RC chip logging, geochemical sample preparation, database entry.
4- Core logging, Lithology, Structure, Alteration, Mineralization and RQD Logging.
5- Drill hole management (updates/reporting).
6- Downhole borehole surveys.
7- Drill site environment, health and safety checks to ensure compliance by drill contractors.
