Various Projects around the MEA region.
Opened 4 hotels until now and manage 12 projects simultaneously
Attend kick off meeting, understanding of the client's project brief and negotiate all the possibilities of the project
Supervise the designing Process from Concept phase through all other stages
Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and set up with sub-contractors, vendors and consultants
QA & QC throughout every stage and prior to any deliverables as per the internal processes and procedures to make sure the project delivered to the highest quality
Follow up with the finance department for the due invoices based on the milestones completed and as the commercial agreement
Supervise and prepare specification, BOQ and cost estimate based on the project need and the set budget
Procurement process through to completion and handover including vendors pre-qualifications, tender analysis and contract awards
Coordinate bidding process and evaluate tenders submission
Involve in generating new projects and commence a long term relationship with all the given clients
Site supervision and contractor overview to make sure the works executed as per plans
Responsible for the design Process throughout all the stages
Discussing client's requirements, budget and deadlines for project
Projects scheduling, and resource allocation based on the project need
Attend all the design and client meetings and report the work progress and achieved milestones to the client
Tender documents preparation, materials specifications and pre-qualified vendors list
Coordinate with the financial department to make sure all the invoices are sent on time for the completed works and as per contract
Supervising the execution of the projects and ensuring that projects are executed to the set budget and as per design requirements
Review the final drawings before authorities submissions such as HVAC, MEP, Interior and architecture
Drawings coordination between architecture, structure, MEP and all other related disciplines
Coordination on site and supervision for the work, to make sure all the work coordinated and executed as per the plans
Follow up with the sub-contractors for the require works that need to be executed
Prepare Invoices and Break Downs for the projects in coordination with the financial department
Coordinate the drawings for submission to the respective authorities
Attend reviews meeting with the authorities to obtain approvals
Follow up with the site team to make sure the project is running on time as per schedule
Arrange materials submittal for client review and approval
