1- Manage and implement on HP service manger to open, manage, escalate, close tickets, service desk, create interaction request, create incident, create severity and incident management.
2- Install windows xp, windows 7, windows 8.
3- Install microsoft office 2003/2007/2010/2013.

12- Customer service when user call me I handle user by phone, access remote desktop management, acess on server, acess on call manager or login ticket to spicial team to solve issue or run the request .

4- upgrade aix from 5.3 to 6.1 on HA site.
5- prepared all servers in new Core Banking and DR site.
6- Manage POWER Machine P595/P770 and SAN Storage DS 8000.

1- Connect the fixed line and internet.
2- Maintenance Network and any wire damage.
3- maintenance pc, laptop, printers and scanners, desktopt support.
4- Install windows, microsoft office and software on all pc’s.
