1- Organize and supervise the activities and work of subordinates to ensure that all work within a specific area of the operation department section activity is carried out in an efficient manner which is consistent with operating procedures and policy.
2- Supervise the day-to-day operations of operation department to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes and procedures.
3- Follow-up the handover procedures of among shift. Follow-up the activities of coordinators.
4- Follow weekly maintenance plan, implementation and follow-up daily faults directly.
5- Contribute with the planning department in order to modify and submit the plan to be fit with the production department. Monitor the manpower, machine, money and methods.
1- Using technical knowledge and industry expertise to review existing manufacturing production lines and plan cost-effective production processes within a business.
2- Instituting quality assurance methods is also a job duty of process development engineers.
3- Acting as project managers and analyze new equipment, technology, or machinery to implement into the production process. Design specifications for product use, create schedules for implementation, and oversee installation or construction.
1- Lead and monitor a group of technician. Ensures that repairs are carried out within promised delivery time & estimated cost.
2- Avoids unnecessary replacement of spare parts. Orders and follows up parts orders with Parts Department.
3- Inspects & test drives vehicle on which repairs are performed. Returns those vehicles failing the quality control inspection to the technician who performed work.
4- Provides the servicing technician with an accurate description of the reasons for returning the vehicle to them & assist/ guide him to solve the problem. Conducts OJT for his group technicians.
5- Proper utilization of service facilities e.g. equipment, SST. Manuals, .etc.
6- Ensures that proper maintenance is carried out on equipment, assigned to his group.
