*Implementation of (GP) Great plains financial system (Microsoft-ERP).
-Controls the chart of accounts. Ensures that system entries and transactions are properly recorded and comply with the chart and with budget lines to maintain and control data integrity. Ensures proper and timely filing and archiving of accounting documents and related records.
-Monthly Reconciliation of Associates companies.
-Analysis and control of general expenses Vs Budget.
-Make The Journal Entries and posting for the ledger.
-Preparing the monthly Ledger and Closing.
-Reconciliation of employees related to attendance balances.
-Preparing the monthly payroll of entire staff of the employer.
-Assist in preparing the annual budget and preparing the quarterly comparing reports (Actual VS budget)
-Any other work as a part of my duty, assigned to me by the header
