• Organise recurring financial literacy training sessions and the distribution of micro business grants to participants;
• Meet with key stakeholders and potential private sector sponsors to facilitate potential work permit opportunities for Syrian refugees;
• Facilitate the work permit allocation process in coordination with private sector sponsors and the Directorate of Labour;
• Co-coordinate the launch of assessments, key informant interviews, and focus group discussions on livelihoods and market ecosystems in each base;
• Manage the roll out and operations of a tool library in Ma’an in coordination with programme staff;
• Launch a private sector and labour market service mapping exercise within Karak and Ma’an;
• Oversee the mapping of beneficiary skills in each community center
• Assist in the design and translation of informative materials as needed, including presentations, handouts, and exercises;
• Ensure livelihood activities are implemented in a way that meets or exceeds standards set by DRC;
• Support in data collection, monitoring, and evaluation efforts with DRC’s Monitoring and Evaluation assistants as needed;
• Support continual improvement of DRC’s livelihood activities by capturing and sharing key challenges, articulating obstacles and proposed solutions, and identifying success stories to highlight.
• Responsible for administration and assistance to the M&E Coordinator and M&E Officer team in Amman, including acting as a focal point for scheduling and reporting;
• Actively participate in the daily, weekly and monthly work plan and ensure the M&E Department is equipped and resourced to carry out all monitoring activities as per donor requirements;
• Provide direct assistance and support to the M&E Coordinator;
• Provide direct support to the DRC M&E Amman Department in all aspects of planning and conducting field monitoring trips;
• Ensure follow up on reporting and referrals to the M&E Coordinator and relevant program staff;
• Conduct field visits to DRC program sites in accordance with donor requirements;
• Ensure timely data collection, entry, and upload for analysis by the M&E Department;
• Ensure timely reporting on monitoring activities to relevant focal points in Amman;
• Provide regular verbal and written feedback on the work plan to the M&E Coordinator and relevant program staff.

-Prepares the room and the computers for use before each class; attends to the proper
shut-down of computers after classes.
-Assures that the computer equipment is properly used.
-Trains and supervises volunteer facilitators.
