Job Title: IT & Information System Dept. Manager - Palestine.

Scope of work:
- Managing the IT Department, evaluating and identifying organizational requirements to establish operating procedural standards.
- Leading the Implementation Cycle of all acquired CRM and Insurance Systems in addition to the Implementation Of BROMIS Brokerage System in DOHA .
- Leading and supervising the IT department members.
- Evaluate the user’s needs and system functionality and to Ensure that IT facilities meets the needs of individuals and the Company.
- Ensure the smooth running of all IT systems, including anti-virus software, print services and email provision.
- Ensure maximum availability of computer systems throughout the Company.
- Direct and guide the IT department members in order to complete projects on schedule.
- Keeping abreast of the latest technological advancements and recommending new implementation possibilities to enhance the business environment.
- Supporting the end user in daily business, for both software and hardware wise.
- Responsible for the provision of IT infrastructure services including desktop applications, local or wide area networks, IT security and telecommunications.
- Managing the Development and implementation of new systems.
- Working with senior management to propose and deliver IT services to define Service Level Agreements.
- Responsible for the IT Budget.
- Managing the Development and maintaining a disaster recovery plan and control the IT security.
- Installing and maintaining various networks (LANs, WANs) with diverse network architecture as per standard networking protocols and services.

- Successfully promoted and compiled Trust travel itineraries and packaged holidays and exceeded all sales targets

- Meeting with different local associations (involved in handicrafts, agriculture…),

- Establishing and facilitating Trust Travel Promotion Network.
- Developing e-travel services by creating and maintaining a professional XML website.
