• Manage, Supervise, , Review all mechanical design works (HVAC, , DRAINAGE, WATER UPPLY, FIRE FIGHTING ) and coordinate with all relative archeticture, structure design drawings.
• Review all mechanical drawings, specification, calculation, manufacturers list, bill of quantities, tender analysis, tender documents at each design stage to ensure compliance with scope of work and approved project requirements.
• Review all submitted shop drawing, builders work, service coordination drawings, materials, method statements for each mechanical system installation and ensure design consultant incorporates the forward comments .
• Review alternatives to design concept, material submittal and change request / variations to achieve the quality requirement for each system
• Review and ensure qualified engineers for design consultant and contractor/ subcontractors
• Issuing engineering instructions and correspondences related to all mechanical works
• Attending site technical meetings and follow up progress of work done a per approved time frame
• Witnessing and issuing all mechanical test certificates ..
• Ensuring all required calculation (Thermal, Hydraulic and Static pressure) to get proper capacity selection for A/C units, fans, water pumps, fire pumps, domestic water tanks, fire fighting water tanks, holding tanks, ….etc
