Erection of different structural equipment such as:
• Pipe racks for (Train area, Gas lifts area and produce water area).
• Platform (Walkway, Valve operating for tanks and vessels).
• Compressor and pump houses.
-Mobilization and pre-assembly and erection of:
• Static equipment (Oil and Water tanks including the Hydro & pneumatic testing and blasting and painting activities, vessels like LP strippers, sludge catchers and separators).
• Rotating equipment such as gas lift compressor, water injection pumps and main oil line
(MOL) pumps including pre alignment activities.
• Piping works: - Fabrication, Erection, Hydro testing and pre commissioning for (train area, Produce gas area & Gas lift area) and underground piping.
• Civil works: - Soil investigation activities, Earth works (cut and fill activities and access),
Concrete batching plant erection, Pre-casting and In-site casting of different civil foundations like (pipe rack, rotating and static equipment, deep sump, valve pit and drain pit), GRE line for AOC and Fire water system, Slump test for concrete.
• E&I works: - Trench cleaning, coring for cable trench, Instrumentation cable lying.
