• Staff Management: Recruit, train, and manage a team of employees, including couriers and warehouse staff.

• Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, including customer service, financial management, and security.

•Setting up Naqel operations in Levant & North Africa

• Lead the SLA and commercial negotiations with the service providers and finalizing the partnership

• Lead the EDI integration project with the service providers and ensure all Naqel checkpoints are
implemented and tested (physically and dummy testing)

• Aiming to grow eCommerce shipments volume and improve First mile operations through
strategic planning

• Managing the performance of top eCommerce accounts from Turkey with +3000 shipments per
day

• Monitor and maintain KPIs and SLAs with 3rd party service providers

• Planning direct operations with relevant departments (Gateway, CS, Quality Control, IT...) to provide
maximum service that meets customer expectations

• Managing the team actions through a centralized Action Tracker and presenting it in the Weekly
operations review meeting

• Collaborating with destination countries on return process, fulfillment, and re-export

• Setting volumes forecasts and attending budgeting meetings

• Acting as a Project Manager for all Naqel growth projects in the region

• Define market Import/Export guidelines
