- الإشراف والفحص على الحيوانات والمنتجات الحيوانية للتصدير والاستيراد
- متابعة تطبيق الشروط الصحية على الحيوانات والمنتجات الحيوانية أثناء النقل
- متابعة تطبيق شروط الرفق بالحيوان على الحيوانات الداخلة الى الدولة او الخارجة منها أثناء النقل
- متابعة إنذارات قيود المنظمة العالمية لصحة الحيوان للأمراض التي تحدث وانتقالها بين الدول
- مراجعة تشريعات وقوانين التصدير والاستيراد لتحسينها وتطويرها
- دراسة جميع المشاكل والاستفسارات الواردة من العملاء (المصدرين والمستوردين) و ايجاد الحلول المناسبة لها.
- supervision and examination of animals and animal products for export and import
- follow up applying of health conditions for animals and animal products during transport
- follow up applying animal welfare conditions for animals within transport .
- follow up the alarms of OIE restrictions for the diseases occurring and transmission between countries
- Review the export and import legislations and laws for improvement and development
- study all troubles and queries come from customers ( exporters and importers) and try to solve it
- الاشراف على عمليات الاستقبال والذبح والتجهيز والتحميل للحيوانات والطيور الحية و اللحوم
- متابعة طريقة التعامل مع الحيوانات منذ الوصول الى المسلخ و لغاية الذبح وحسب التعاليم الانسانية والدينية
إعداد الخطة الإستراتيجية السنوية للمسلخ بالتعاون مع الإدارات الفنية الأخرى.
- القيام بالاعمال الادارية للقسم.
- تجهيز جميع العطاءات والمزايدات الخاصة بمسلخ المواشي والدواجن
- متابعة الذبح والتأكد من مطابقته للشريعة الاسلامية
- الاشراف على عمليات التخلص من النفايات الصلبة والسائلة الناتجة عن عمليات الانتاج
- الاشراف على عمليات التنظيف والتعقيم لمرافق المسلخ ومحتوياته
Management and supervision of food facility (large animals and poultry abattoir) to assure the application of elements in the food process for safe food with high quality.
( there are two abattoirs one for large animals and the other for poultry, in which there are 150 workers and about 90 butchers ).
Preparing the annual strategic plan for the
slaughterhouse in cooperation with other technical departments .
- doing the administrative works of the section .
- Preparing all bids and tenders for the slaughterhouse of livestock and poultry
- assuring the slaughtering by applying Islamic way.
- follow up the production line to insure of applying the health conditions and food safety criteria.
- training and rehabilitation of the new butchers and workers in applying hygienic conditions in there work.
- supervise the production line and the Maintenance operations (daily, emergency).
- follow up chilling and storage of the products.
- assuring the validity of vehicles for meat
transportation and how product is uploaded.
- to make sure that the butchers and workers are committed to the hygienic conditions in
their work .
- supervision on the process of proper disposal of waste products .
- Coordination with other ministries (agriculture, health, environment, customs……etc. ) :
*the conditions of import of live animals and animal products.
*to inform about diseases discovered in live animals and animal products to prevent
zoonotic diseases.
*to complete the customs documents for imported meat after inspection.
- وضع خطة عمل يومية للسوق وتوزيع المهام على الموظفين
- كتابة عقود الإيجار للمزارعين بالتعاون مع الدائرة القانونية
- إعداد جميع العطاءات والمناقصات لسوق الثروة الحيوانية
- عقد اجتماعات دورية مع المزارعين والعملاء من أجل تطوير خطة العمل وتعديلها
- مراقبة ومراقبة عملية البيع داخل السوق وتأمين جميع الاحتياجات لتقدم هذه العملية.
- تنظيم مزادات للمزارعين لبيع المواشي داخل السوق
- متابعة تطبيق الاشتراطات الصحية ورعاية الحيوان داخل سوق الثروة الحيوانية
- Developing a daily business plan for the market and distributing tasks to the staff
- Writing lease contracts for farmers in cooperation with the legal department
- Preparing all bids and tenders for the livestock market
- Make periodic meetings with farmers and customers in order to develop and amend the business plan
- Monitor and control the sales process within the market and secure all needs for the progress of this process.
- Organizing auctions held by farmers to sell livestock inside the market
- Follow up on the application of health requirements and animal welfare within the livestock market
فحص الحيوانات الحية لمعرفة ما إذا كان يسمح للذبح أم لا
- التفتيش اليومي على الذبائح التي تذبح في مسلخ عمان حول:
(120 ثور ، 2000 غنم وماعز ، 30000 طائر.
- متابعة تطبيق الشروط الصحية داخل المسلخ:
- تنظيف وتطهير الأسطح والآلات… الخ
- الممارسة الصحية للعمال والجزارين.
- فحص اللحوم والأحشاء ومتابعة أي نتيجة لذلك (إدانة ، حجز ، عينات للفحص المعملي.
- فحص اللحوم والأسماك الطازجة المستوردة من خارج الدولة.
- تعبئة أشكال (الحيوانات المحجوزة والمحفوظة واللحوم والأحشاء)
- التحقيق في محلات اللحوم والمطاعم والفنادق في عمان بأنها تطبق معايير سلامة الغذاء وشروط صحية أم لا.
- examination of live animals to see if its allow to slaughtered or not
- Inspection of carcasses that slaughtered in Amman abattoir daily about :
(120 bull, 2000 sheep and goat, 30000 birds .
- Follow up the application of health conditions inside the abattoir :
- Cleaning and disinfection of the surfaces, machines …etc
- Health practice of the workers and butchers .
- examination of meat and viscera and follow up any result of that (condemnation, reservation, samples for lab. examination .
- Inspection of fresh meat and fish imported from outside the country.
- Filling forms of ( reserved and condemned animals, meat and viscera)
- Investigation of meat shops, restaurants and hotels in Amman that they apply food safety standards and hygienic conditions or not.
