for over than 24 years in finance ministry of Libya, I was developing and controlling various projects which involved the HR & Budgets matters, as following:
1- 24 yrs at Libyan Finance, handling HR & Budgets those are allocated annually for the general companies, public units, or institutions, basically follow up executed activities, approve the payment, and monthly reporting.
Duties conducted and evaluated based on the prevailed regulations.
2- Established my E learning postgraduate management academy in UK, I have designed the MBA complete material, the DBA as well as Master of Global Leadership Program.. All materials being published.. planning & organizing & controlling * leading a high levels international professional staff
