My role as a project manager is to contribute in establishing and implementing an effective and efficient project management framework to ensure ultimate delivery of projects within the organization, which means working under minimum supervision to fully manage project lifecycle within the set time frame and to the quality agreed upon to achieve project objectives. In addition to preparing, monitoring and controlling project budget to ensure that all expenses are in line with overall pre developed budget plan
As a project manager, I have proven myself to deliver up to standards results in a variety of projects, including Developmental projects, process improvement projects and research projects.
Maintain effective communication with the project external/internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle in order to gain their buy in & support.

I am a part of talent development program in DAL Group the most diversified group in Sudan. this program is designed to attract and enroll the most qualified graduates in Sudan and train them in the field of management.
the training area involve all the following
• Financial/Accounting Management.
• Sales/Marketing Management +Supply Chain Management.
• HR Management + Legal Issues in Operations.
• Strategic Management in Operations + Leadership & Decision Making.
The duration of the program is two years, divided into four waves, every waves consist of one month theoretical class room followed by on the job training for five months.

This is a position in the -under construction- White Nile Sugar Factory, Duties and responsibilities was divided into tow main phase
phase one:- was the erection and construction period of the factory
were i have been responsible of representing white Nile company in dealing with suppliers, consultants and contractors, this involve approving of all control system designs, ensuring the proper installation of I&C devices in addition to co operating with the project manager and other department in order to meet the tighten dead line.
phase two :- was the commission testing and per-testing of the factory
in this phase i was responsible of attending and approving the testing and commissioning of all I&C devices.
