My role was to maximize the sales and profit of the stores in the District through management, sales leadership, training and development, follow up on SOP execution, cost control, and asset protection.
I did build and sustained a work environment staffed with engaged, high performing store managers who created a great customer experience.
Responsibilities and accomplishments included but not limited to:
1. Managed multiple districts in the Philadelphia area ranging from 13 to 53 doors.
2. P&L responsibility for total revenue ranging from 15 MM to 53 MM per year.
3. Managed a team of up 400 members.

5. Manage the districts controllable accounts on the districts profit and loss statement
