Principal Responsibilities:
 Understand organizational strategic objectives and the project(s) targeted performance levels.
 Manage Quality activities of varying degrees of complexity on the project(s) to ensure management goals and objectives are met.
 Provide functional leadership and technical/administrative direction to field staff for performance appraisals, goal setting, training etc
 Generation, continually adaptation, and assurance deployment of the Project(s) Quality Plans (PQPs).
 Assistance in development and approval of project (s) procedures, and Project (s) Execution Plans (PEPs).
 Review and approve supplier(s) quality procedures, ITPs, and Quality Programs/ Plans.
 Provide technical inputs for vendor queries, conformance reports and non-conformance reports.
 Manage the project QA/QC resources
 Create and maintain QA/QC templates.
 Participation in major contract discussions related to Quality activities.
 Representation of the project(s) during Quality audits conducted by the clients, management, or regulatory agencies.
 Initiate and follow-up audit activities in order to verify and record the implementation and effectiveness of corrective and preventive action taken.
 Assurance that Quality measures were complied with regulatory standards, industry standards, and accepted best practices.
 Address training needs, carryout gap analysis, and develop training plans for Quality personnel assigned to the project(s).
 Facilitate of SIX SIGMA tools for process improvement.
 Support and track corrective / preventive actions.
 Development, establishment, and enforcement of Quality metrics.
 Measurement and analysis of Quality indicators for companywide aggregation.
 Review Quality data, determine trends, identify improvement opportunities (deficiencies), and recommend Corrective Action Plans or Change Programs.
 Facilitation of Root-Cause Analysis sessions and ensured proper and correct identification of the root causes of non-conformance.
 Track and coordination of waivers and concession requests.
 Review project deliverables for consistency of design elements across disciplines and compliance with procedures
 Coordinate with certifying authority for renewals and re-certification of management systems in coordination with certifying bodies (ISO 9001, and ISO 14001).
