 Process the cash transaction in the system (ProMS and VISION), raise the cash and supply requisitions as per programme staff advice, follow up the issuance of purchase orders for supplies raised, draft institutional and individual contracts in the system and forward it to the respective programme officers and specialists

 Follow up timely liquidation process and provide close oversight to ensure achievement of objectives and/or takes corrective action when necessary to meet program/project objectives, process the supply orders and liaise with partners and field offices to ensure safe delivery of the supplies

 Support programme staff with their administrative arrangement related to travel including processing of travel authorizations through liaising with the operation section. Arranges meetings, some involving government counterparts, and takes minutes and/or notes at meetings. Participate in the subsequent field trips with colleagues of field Programme and respond to routine requests for information.

 Establish, update and maintain a data base of the programme partners at country office and field levels provide feedback on the contacts, status of agreement with UNICEF and the submission of the programmatic and financial reports.
