• Provide general administrative support to legal teams, including reception duty
• Perform general copying, send faxes and scan documents, retrieve and return files
• Perform general file up-keep including physical filing of paperwork and uploading documents to the internal systems
• Perform general office management duties including ordering of supplies, setting up meetings, organizing events, assigning and monitoring clerical functions
• Liaise with main HR department, handle local HR matters such as leave tracking, sick forms, etc
