As Project Manager my role was to Manage the Supply-Chain track as a part of the Oracle ERP Program, As a Senior Consultant my role is to implement the SCM Modules for the ERP applications which consists of SCM, Financials, HRMS, Projects, and Customized applications to fulfill the business requirements using 33 integrated Oracle Modules. My role was to Manage the Oracle ERP Project, and part of my role was to implement Oracle modules for the ERP solution which consists of Property management, leasing, customized sales solution, TeleSales, Marketing, Asset management, inventory, and purchasing modules.
As a Project Manager I led the project Team through the latest IT project management’s procedures using the AIM - Application Implementation Methodology.

Phase 2 of this project will handle the Maintenance operations for all the defined properties, moreover, all the Inventory and procurement operations which is related to maintenance activities.

Working as Project Leader and Senior Functional consultant.
My role was to Manage the Oracle ERP, and part of my role was to implement Maintenance, Inventory and Purchasing modules for the ERP solution which consists of all modules of Oracle Finance, Maintenance eAM, Inventory, Purchasing And HRMS.
As a project Manager I was leading 4 functional consultants and 2 technical consultants and a DBA through the latest IT project management’s procedures using the AIM - Application Implementation Methodology.
As a Senior Consultant my role was to replace the used MAXIMO applications with Oracle eAM and INV, in addition to design new business work-flows to fulfill the integration points with the other Oracle Purchasing and Finance Modules and the expanded lines of business, complete Data migration for the previous 10 years of data from different formats and systems, and design solutions to integrate Oracle eAM with stand-alone Analyses applications and inspection applications related to refinery machines.
My role also includes all the functional-technical tasks such as:

My role in this project was to define the Business Flows and procedures and to reflect these flows to implement the Oracle Enterprise Asset Management (eAM), this includes going through the Implementation cycle by all the functional tasks.

My role in this project was to Modify the Business Flows and procedures to improve the best practice to implement the Oracle Enterprise Asset Management (eAM), this includes going through the all Implementation cycle by all the functional tasks .
KAUH - King Abdullah Hospital University (Phase 2) (Jordan),
My role in this project was to build and implement the Oracle Inventory Module to consider dual accounting principles (cash & accrual) Logistic Modules Support, this includes going through the Implementation cycle by setting up the application, testing, and providing the Go Live support.

My role was to identify market needs and trends, identify potential customers and market the companies’ products.
From a technical point of view my role was to Identify and gather the user requirement in-order to design, analyze, and develop the needed system. Also I was involved in, Interface design, reports generation, user training, and quality assurance.
