Main Function:
Lead & administratively manage a team of Relationship Officers, Credit Analyst & Direct Sales Representatives, ensure healthy, profitable, efficient Management relationships with clients & markets SME Products/ Services to potential/ existing SME clients in terms of the bank’s policies & procedures, along with SAMA guidelines.
Job description
1. Manage & organize a team of Relationship Officers (RO), Credit Analyst (CA) and Direct Sales
Representatives (DSAs), set a strategy for related sector & each RO in terms of existing clients' portfolio management, and new clients, in order to achieve the budget. Plan, and set a budget for each RO & accordingly for the whole team, follow up the achieving of this budget in assets and liabilities terms, along with maximizing the profitability of the accounts in a proper time.
2. Reviews the Credit Presentation prepared by Relationships Officer, Credit Analyst & match between the risk & profitability for each relationship, review all the credit Presentations Before submitting to Head Credit Initiation & Credit Committee.
3. Ensure that the credit policy is implemented properly in all Credit Presentations, transactions, and processes.
4. Improve the quality of credit relationships, credit Presentation, & marketing initiatives/ efforts.
5. Follow up the ROs total management of their portfolios in different market sectors in terms of Annual Reviews, No past dues or delays, relationships maintenance & proper documentations.
6. Follow up the ROs in booking new good clients to the bank.
7. Maintain positive relationships & communications with all the clients under my management.
8. Deputizing the Regional Manager during his vacation, absence, etc. Execute special assignments
in special projects in the bank.
Main Function: Manages and maintains relationships with clients and markets bank Products / Services to potential / existing corporate clients, by performing the following duties: Job description 1. Evaluate results of operations, financial situations and conditions of existing clients in addition of prospective clients & prepare analytical reports. 2. Coach subordinates, review & analyze credit proposals; recommends appropriate action to Credit Committee. Identifies problem credit/loans, formulate workout strategies, follow-up repayments and commissions. 3. Negotiate with prospective and existing customers their banking and credit requirements. 4. Prepare visits schedules and call on clients to maintain relationships; identify marketing prospects. Determine clients' needs, enhance relationship and provide competitive services. 5. Cross-sell bank products being offered by other business units within the bank (Treasury products, Investment, Insurance, POS, Cash Management and other applicable products).
