Managing the business partnership with Etisalat SMS HUBs, roaming service providers and vendors. Participate in implementing new network technologies and quality systems. Managing Roaming Services Financials (Invoices, Reconciliations, Approvals and Settlement processes). Roaming Budget Planning (CAPEX & OPEX) with quarterly reporting. Building business cases and financial pricing (Feasibility study, Vendor Surveys, P&L and Cost-Benefit analysis, ….etc).
Develop new business KPIs and alarms (Shell scripting & SQL) that supported the daily reporting and detected the services’ failures on time.
Develop internal SMS Business Monitoring System (group of alarms, KPIs and reports to detect new spammers, revenue decline behaviours and system failures).
Involve in Commercial Solutions Design (CSD) creation process, performing user acceptance testing (UAT) for new marketing promotions and offers for both base subscribers and OB/IB roamers.
Participate in Roaming Services Projects planning and annual SMART objectives setting.
Perform statistical analysis status reports for sudden events/phenomena or crises.
Prepare top management presentations and reports.

Responsible for Roaming testing - TADIG and Billing phase (succeeded in exceeding the company planned targets for 2010 and 2011).
Reporting the Weekly, Monthly and yearly Roaming Operations achievements.
Investigate new problems and network errors that may result in revenue decline, service quality faults or customer dissatisfaction. Generate reports and perform reconciliations to assure services quality and minimize poor quality costs.
Performing UATs for new Preferred Roaming Agreements (PRA) and new services implemented.
Handling Roaming Replicator Process with internal and external parties. Tracking New Commercially Launched operators on daily basis process. Defining new testing operators in the billing system.
Handling technical adhoc requests from company departments (Marketing, RA, IT App. Support, CC HU Teams….etc) and Etisalat RPs. Perform regular health checks on Etisalat TAP billing system, production reports and live services by means of group of reporting tools & KPIs.
Daily Roaming Revenue Reporting, Daily Reporting of IB and OB High Usage (suspected fraud).
Handling IB and OB roamers technical complaints (TAPs, RAPS, Billing, …etc).
Developing new reporting systems via various platforms (Dashboard, Data Were House (DWH) and Business Objects “BO”); that supported achieving the business requirements and operational needs.
Managing Roaming Fraud Monitoring and Roaming Revenue Assurance systems based on latest GSMA standards and Bilateral Roaming Agreements with Etisalat RPs.
Deliver training sessions and prepare the required material for internal technical trainings (Roaming Rollout, TADIG & Billing and Messaging Business).
As a member of Roaming TADIG team, I’ve supported in exceeding the company planned Commercial targets for 2008, 2009, 2010.
Building save well-restricted internal system for keeping Roaming Operations databases and confidential information secured and up to date.
Monitoring and maintaining roaming data exchange traffic between Etisalat systems, different Data Clearing Houses and Etisalat Roaming Partners’ systems.
Handling IB and OB roamers technical complaints (TAPs, RAPS, Billing, …etc).
Responsible for Roaming Rollout reporting system, consolidating Rollout teams achievements and reports for management updates.
