• Manage all the process on the warehouse inbound (receiving, put away), &outbound (picking, shipping).
• Manage the distribution of all orders for all locations (all Qatar).
• All responsibility for the warehouse (frozen& Dry& chilled items).
• Manage & follow up the fresh items (Meat items& Fish items).
• All responsibility with the government (municipality) to release the shipments & follow all healthy roles.
• Planning the store strategy for all stocks (Frozen & Chilled& Dry).
• Communicate with all departments (Sales& Finance &Commercial& IT) to facilitate& reach to best result for the work.
• Create reports to analyze all the process& send it to top management.
• Planning of all operations carried out and follow-up.
• Follow up on the stocks& the accuracy in the warehouse.

Warehouse Supervisor & (sr. Inventory Controller)
• Follow up our stock, receiving containers that are coming from ports, creation for items code.
• Responsibility for the distribution of orders to all customers in all Qatar.
• Follow up warehouse strategy by shipments; follow picking orders and the last step shipping process.
• Responsible for the distribution of orders and a plan of action for loading the trucks and follow-up.
• Insurance that the receiving orders from stores of sub stores meets the required accuracy.
• Coordinate with Customer Service, Planning and Purchasing departments to make sure the workflow runs smoothly.
• Stock rotation process and make transfer between and warehouses according to sales plans and dates.
• Inventory control and save it in the appropriate temperature (dry - chilled - frozen)
• Insurance that the picking orders meets the required accuracy.
• Handel weekly stock takes and quarterly stock takes.
• Submits required reports from direct manager.
• Prepare and maintain routine records ex. attendance sheets.
• Organizing staff schedules, delegating duties and maintaining proper timely stock replenishment.
• Helps to increase the performance of work process by solving problems that affects warehouseman productivity.
• Ability to develop and maintain effective working relations with Employees.
• Completing the handover sheets to complete any pending tasks with other Co-workers.
• Responsible for the warehouse and all the processes inside the warehouse.
• Inventory control work on a regular basis and follow-up reports and analysis of problems to reach the final solution.
• Follow up with the accounts and inventory responsibility for the differences in stock.
• Continue the process according to the shipping rule (FEFO)

Warehouse assist supervisor& (sr. Inventory Controller)
• We are working in order to meet KPI'S.
• Monitor the loading and unloading process and is in charge of all warehouse activities.
• Ability to be flexible in work assignments and accept changes in duties and work assignments as needed.
• Fully responsible for equipment in the warehouse: forklifts and man-rise
• Responsible for the successful day-to-day running of the retail tasks.
• Monitoring the warehouseman & warehouse to insure that they meet safety conditions.
• Insurance that the shipped orders meet the required accuracy.
• Helps to increase the performance of work process by solving problems that affects warehouseman productivity.
• Follow up the maintenance to ensure that industry sanitation and safety codes.

• Manage 3 shifts for the warehouse.
• Monitor and Follow up on timely update of data on WMS.
• Verifies Reports forwarded by various departments for accuracy / contradictions.
• Coordinates between warehouse, and operations cell for identifying Root Cause Analysis and Corrective & Preventive Action.
• Perpetually follows up on discrepancies, non-conformities and reports on developments and inaction daily.
• Generates WMS Reports for stock and transaction checks and maintains daily records of such checks.
• Updates records on checks conducted towards compiling statistics.
• Regularly conducts inventory and transactional checks.

• Coordinates with the Stock Control Team for resolving discrepancies and non conformities.

• Working at all Warehouse operations as (receives; put away, picking and shipping)
• Working with different types of warehouses as (Industrial, food products, raw material)
• Treating with the following customers (PROCTER & GAMBLE, CHIPSY, FINE, LANDMARK,
• MARKS & SPENSER, IFF, TOYS R US, HERO, REXAM, AGI, L.G, SENIORETA, CLUP ALDO)
• A Ware about how to treat with FMCG & SMCG.
• Stock Replenishment - expiries and near expiries (FIFO / FEFO)
• Safety, Security, Sanitation.
