 Working as logistics coordinator in Al Mansoura branch office and I’m responsible of the distribution of the medicine in Dakahlia governorate.
 Ensure all the shipping materials are accounted for and match with store issue voucher. Assist in resolving any discrepancies with cooperation with the store.
 Ensure accuracy and proper labels & tags have been applied to all items prior to dispatching.
 Ensure accuracy of all documents after the delivery is completed are signed and stamped by the customers.
 Manages timing and delivery schedules. And update the store keeper, clerks of all delivery schedules every day.
 Responsible of insuring that all the materials are dispatched and completely delivered on time.
 Coordinate logistics, timing and priority of processes with outside customers.
 Liaison and communicates with receiving, warehouse, inventory staff and quality customer service on all ordered (Timing of receipt, Cross check all packed orders & Ensure correct quantities)
 Develop and maintain effective business relationships with all relevant internal sections with highest standards of business ethics, in order to ensure the services required by the organization are delivered in the most effective manner.
